The Bent Metal Shelf with Bulletin Board was created to expand the organizational and functional capabilities of U Brands' existing frameless boards. I chose bent metal because of factory capabilities and to keep manufacturing tooling costs low. There is an internal slot for plastic hooks that slide in and out.

This is one of my first products to come from my own creative development to make it to a big box retailer. This product also forced me to get very comfortable with Solidwork's sheet metal functionality.
